Inclusion Criteria
Cases of urolithiasis diagnosed by ultrasonogram (KUB)
Age group from 20 - 60 years of both sexes
Size of the stone up to 12mm
Exclusion Criteria
Cases with impacted stone or with stag horn calculi
Patients with severe illnesses or end-stage diseases like malignancies.
Gross developmental or structural abnormalities of the urinary system
Cases with moderate or severe hydronephrosis

Name Time Method Each case will be reviewed at 2 to 3 weeks interval <br/ ><br>changes in intensity of pain will be evaluated by changes in VAS score after homoeopathic medicine <br/ ><br>Reduction in size of kidney stone will be assessed using abdominal ultrasonography before and after homoeopathic medicine sarsaparilla and individualized homoeopathic medicine <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 6 months <br/ ><br>
