Dispute Resolution

Step 2: Mediation

If direct communication fails, disputes may be resolved through mediation in Singapore.

Step 3: Arbitration

Final disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Singapore International Arbitration Centre rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through:

  • Prominent notice on our website
  • In-app notifications for logged-in users

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
