Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients of ASA physical status I or II, aged 18\-50 years old, and who are scheduled to undergo elective robotically assisted thyroidectomy or conventional thyroidectomysurgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •: morbod obse patient with body mass index \> 40 kg/m2
- •: patients with a current ophthalmic disease (glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataract, or retinal detachment)
- •: patients with past medical history of ophthalmic surgery
- •: patients with intra\-ocular pressure \> 30 mmHg (preoperative baseline value)
