Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA 1 TO 3
- •2\. Weight more than 40kg
- •3\. Surgery\- Elective knee tumour excision surgery ,viz osteogenic sarcoma, GCT, Chondrosarcoma, Aneurysmal bone cyst, Ewings sarcoma
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Refusal to consent
- •2\. Allergy to opioids , local anaesthetics
- •3\. C/I to epidural and PNB
- •4\. E/o severe cardiovascular , renal , hepatic
- •5\. Opioid drug abuse
- •ï?· Inability to comprehend VAS pain assessment score
- •ï?· Those who require amputation for knee tumour
