•1 All the patient of Pittaj Jwara with Dengue Fever will be selected irrespective of sex, religion, economical status, education, occupation
•2 Age:- 18-60 yr
•(Ayurveda states jwara vyadhi as pitta Pradhan. It also has tendency to rise in pitta kala; therefore middle age patients are mostly included)
•3 Patient having Dengue profile report positive.

•Pregnant and Lactating women.
•2) Patients with severe Vomiting and Diarrhoea and those who cannot take medicine orally.
•3) Pittaj Jwara along with other chronic disease and its associated complications.
•5) Patients with gastric ulcers.
•6) Platelet count less than 15,000/cumm
•7) Thrombocytopenia due to other causes
•Drug induced e.g. heparin, Methotrexate
•Older people
•Rheumatic disease
•Hepatobiliary disease
•8) Severely debilitated patient having
•DM type 1 and type 2
•9) Patient with clotting factor disorder.
