- •1. Pain abdomen â?? central, right lower quadrant, shifting of pain or generalized pain
- •2. Associated symptoms â?? nausea, vomiting, fever
- •3. Duration of symptoms less than or equal to 72 hours (from onset)
- •4. Written informed consent from parent or guardian
排除标准
- •1. Urinary tract infection
- •2. Pyelonephritis
- •3. Pneumonia
- •4. Treatment with immune modulating therapy
- •5. Prior abdominal surgery
- •6. Chronic illness (ex. Diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, cystic fibrosis, sickle cell anemia)
