Inclusion Criteria
1.Aged 60 years and over. <br>2.Not registered in the local consensus in Shenzhen.<br>3.Have lived in Shenzhen for less than 36 months.<br>4.Can understand Mandarin and read Chinese.<br>5.Mentally competent with a score = cutoff score for 7th percentile in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).<br>6.Can walk independently for 10 minutes.<br>7.Have at least one item positive in Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)-4.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Have been diagnosed with a mental illness or dementia; <br>2.Participated in other psychological related clinical studies; or<br>3.Are expected to leave Shenzhen in the following six months
