Inclusion Criteria
- adult patient
- ASA 1, 2 or 3
- lung surgery (postero-lateral or axillary approach)
- epidural analgesia

- preoperative oxygen therapy
- lack of autonomy
- unstable coronary artery disease
- FEV1 < 50%
