- •PREGNANT PATIENTS WITH ANY DEGREE OF HYPERGLYCEMIA (OGTT AFTER 75 GM OF GLUCOSE > 130MG/DL) INITIATED WITH OR WITHOUT OTHER INTERMEDIATE ACTING INSULINS AND/OR METFORMIN.
