Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Primary diagnosis of OCD
- •2\.Mild\-moderate severity (up to 23 score on YBOCS)
- •3\.Insight score on YBOCS item 11 in the range of 0\-2 (good to fair)
- •4\.Aged 18\-50 years
- •5\.Having access to a smart phone\- with Android Operating system and internet
- •6\.Ability to read, write and comprehend English
- •7\.Stabilized on medication for at least one month
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History suggestive of/and/or schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, severe depression, mental retardation, epilepsy, head injury or other neurological disorders that would impede participation in the treatment.
- •2\.Suicidal Ideation (on clinical assessment) and/or any Axis II disorder that would impede participation in treatment
- •3\.Substance use, dependence, excepting Nicotine dependence in the past 6 months prior to recruitment.
- •4\.Previous exposure to structured cognitive behaviour therapy for obsessive\-compulsive disorder (CBT comprising of exposure and response prevention) in the last 6 months.
