- •shopkeepers of either gender age group from 19\-65
- •are included in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of recent fractures
- •History of recent surgeries
- •Diagnosed cases of cardio vascular and respiratory diseases
- •physically disabled
- •congenital musculoskeletal anomalies
- •individuals with cognitive impairment
