1.Patients with supratentorial stroke
2.Medically stable
3.Age: 18 to 80 years
4.Either gender
5.Any type of stroke: ischemic or hemorrhagic
6.Patients who can follow two-steps command
7.Patients who are functionally communicating
1.Patients diagnosed with any other neurological comorbidities
2.Pregnant women
3.Patients who have undergone any surgery to the brain or any other surgery that may affect their activity levels
4.Diagnosed psychological or psychiatric disorders
5.Patients who have been advised with strict bed rest, end of life care or who are planned for discharge during the day of assessment
6.Any other impairment unrelated to stroke that may affect their activity level like Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT), uncontrolled Atrial Fibrillation(AF), asthma, uncontrolled Hypertension(HTN)/Diabetes Mellitus(DM)
