(1) age of >18 years old
(2) first vaginal delivery at term
(3) inadequate milk volume (0-49 ml/breast pump)
(1) having medical disorders, such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism
(2) previous allergy to ASPNN or its ingredients
(3) inability to eat vegetables or spicy food
(4) severe breastfeeding problems, such as abnormal breast anatomy, short nipples, mastitis, breast abscess and severe fetal tongue-tie
(5) taking galactagogue, such as domperidone, metoclopramide, antidepressive drugs, caffeine and alcohol
