- •all patients undergoing robotic assisted kidney transplant
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 history of neurological disease
- •2 Transcient ischemic attack ,carotid disease
- •3 Raised ICP
- •4 Cerebral oedema
- •6 Ocular surgery
- •7 Difficult mechanical ventilation /decreased vital capacity
- •8 Patient refusal
