The flexion and extension of the fingers are limited, and there is a phenomenon of bouncing, suddenly straightening or buckling. The first metacarpophalangeal joint is tender and the tubercle of the soybean grain may be touched.
(1) There are infected lesions near the fingers and throughout the body;
(2) female menstrual period;
(3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction and oral anticoagulant drugs should be stopped for 1 week;
(4) Patients with diabetes whose blood glucose monitoring exceeds 8.0mmol/l.
