1. Patients who give informed consent for participation in the study.
2. Patients with symptomatic WON (Pain requiring daily analgesics, gastric outlet obstruction, extrahepatic biliary obstruction, infection)
3. WON having > 20% solid debris
4. Amenable for EUS guided drainage
5. Patient affording for metal stent
1. Patients with prior radiological/endoscopic or surgical intervention.
2. Patients age < 18 year
3. Patient underwent Billroth II surgery, gastric bypass surgery,
4. Patient with thrombocytopenia or coagulopathy (platelet <1,00,000 or INR >1.5)
5. Patient having asymptomatic WON
6. WON not amenable for EUS guided drainage
