Inclusion Criteria
80 ASA grade I-III patients
Adequate communication skills.
BMI < 32.
Exclusion Criteria
Refusal of consent.
Inability to understand pain scoring scales.
Allergy to study drugs.
Coagulopathy.
Chronic pain with long term intake of World Health Organisation (WHO) step-three analgesics on NSAIDS, Opioids, neuroleptic drugs, antidepressants or anticonvulsants).
Peripheral neuropathy.
Significant psychiatric conditions.
