- •80 ASA grade I-III patients
- •Adequate communication skills.
- •BMI < 32.
排除标准
- •Refusal of consent.
- •Inability to understand pain scoring scales.
- •Allergy to study drugs.
- •Coagulopathy.
- •Chronic pain with long term intake of World Health Organisation (WHO) step-three analgesics on NSAIDS, Opioids, neuroleptic drugs, antidepressants or anticonvulsants).
- •Peripheral neuropathy.
- •Significant psychiatric conditions.
