入选标准
- •Healthy men or women
- •Healthy teeth and gum
- •No history of liver or kidney disease
- •Normal salivary flow rate
排除标准
- •a. Edentulous (lacking natural teeth).
- •b. Liver or kidney disease
- •c. Allergic to any materials used in the study
- •d. Incapable of fasting for at least two hours
- •e. Took medications that might have affected their salivary flow rate
- •f. Infect SAR-CoV-2 or have a positive COVID-19 test within 5 days before the procedure
- •g. Drinking alcohol or smoking
- •g. Pregnancy
- •h. Unable to collect urine every 2 hours
- •i. Unwilling to participate in the study
