1. children age 1month to 18 years who admit in pediatric ward, Srinagarind Hospital, Khon Kaen University
2. Prematurity infant; use corrected age,age should be corrected up to 2 years old
3 Parents and caregiver can communicate with researchers in Thai.
1. Plan to admit less than 48 hours
2. Patient with unstable vital signs that admit or transfer to intensive care unit within 48 hours after admission.
3. Unable to perform anthropometric measurements
4. Patient with post amputation that affect loss of >10% of their reference weight.
