A total of 45 subjects were participated in the study. There was a significant effect of navigator program in knowledge about Parkinson’s disease. However, there were no significant differences between the two groups with regard to social support, and self-efficacy. Satisfaction of the navigator program was high.

Inclusion Criteria
? diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease for more than 3 months
? able to communicate freely and clearly
? willing to sign consent form to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
Other neurological disease except for Parkinson's disease
