Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Being a high school student under the Maha Sarakham Secondary Educational Service Area Office in the academic year 2022\.
- •2\.Being overweight with a BMI\-for\-age of greater than or equal to \+1 SD (World Health Organization, 2007\).
- •3\.Having the ability to communicate and participate in activities.
- •4\.Having no underlying diseases that would hinder participation in activities.
- •5\.Both the student and their parents consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Transferring to another school
- •2\.Unable to participate in the research project for the entire duration
