Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with head and neck cancer on disease modifying treatment with palliative intent or best supportive care, referred to Department of Palliative Medicine, Tata Memorial Hospital.
2.Age >=18 years.
3.Outpatients and inpatients.
4.Able to give informed consent.
5.Patients able to understand English, Hindi and Marathi.
6.Able to answer and complete questionnaire.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients suffering from an intellectual disability or cognitive disorders.
2.Patients with unstable medical/psychiatric disorders needing emergency management.
3.Patients with communication problems.
4.Patients receiving treatment from pain services.
