- •Patients of age between 35-60 years belonging to ASA physical status I and II scheduled for elective total laparoscopic hysterectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •Consent refusal.
- •Patients on anti-arrythmic drugs.
- •Patients with known history of coronary artery disease, liver disease.
- •Allergic to a local anesthetic.
- •Psychiatric patients.
- •Inability to comprehend VAS
