入选标准
- •1. Males and females aged between 40-70 years
- •2. Medium risk as identified by a 10-year QRISK, QDScore and/or QIntervention of 10-20% and high risk as >20%.
排除标准
- •1. Individuals diagnosed with cornonary heart disease, chronic kidney disease, type II diabetes, stroke, heart failure and peripheral disease, severe hypertension.
- •2. Individuals with a BMI >40 kg/m2, use of weight loss drugs, individuals unable to change their physical activity or individuals who already lead highly physically active lives.
