入选标准
- •1.PCL injured patients using Posterior drawer test gr. III or confirm diagnosis by MRI
- •2.Performed the Side-to-side posterior tibial translation difference from normal contra-lateral knee more than 8-12 mm. via PCL Stress Radiographs in the kneeling technique
- •3.Performed PCL stress radiographs without pain
- •4.Understand well in Thai language and can made self-decision
排除标准
- •1.Multiligamentous injury knee
- •2.Contralateral knee injury or bilateral knee laxity
- •3.Neurovascular injury of the affected knee
- •4.Previous knee surgery
- •5.Previous significant lower extremities injury or pathology
- •6.High risk of osteoporosis
- •7.Inflammatory arthritis
- •8.Corticosteroid used more than 4 weeks
- •9.Unfit to surgery
- •10.Knee osteoarthritis more than The Kellgren and Lawrence system grade 1
