入选标准
- •1. Consent of patients and their family members was obtained before enrollment;
- •2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of IAH/ACS; meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM abdominal distension;
- •3. between the ages of 18 and 70 years;
- •4. No open surgery was performed;
- •5. not receiving enteral nutrition support when referred from other places;
- •6. No serious metabolic diseases and other digestive tract diseases, such as radioactive enteritis, short bowel syndrome, etc.
排除标准
- •1. Duration of hospital stay >= 72 h;
- •2. Mechanical intestinal obstruction and massive gastrointestinal bleeding;
- •3. Allergic to therapeutic drugs;
- •4. Severe underlying diseases with chronic renal function and/or respiratory insufficiency;
- •5. Close to death or failure in resuscitation, inability to cooperate or refusal to complete relevant tests.
