Inclusion Criteria
PRIMI PATIENTS WITH EPISIOTOMY
Exclusion Criteria
1. Systemic Diseases like Diabetes Mellitus 2. Patients with perineal tears 3. Patients with cervical tears 4. Patients with pre-existing local e.g. wound,boil,etc. or systemic infection e.g. cough,etc.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Wound healing and pain management will be assessed for patients in both arms and it is expected that vranaropana taila will be more effective than povidone iodine in above mentioned actions. observations will be taken before and after treatment. Taila application and povidone iodine application will be done for 7 days twice daily morning and evening.Timepoint: First observation will be recorded on first day and second observation will be recorded on seventh day. i.e. baseline and on 7th day.
