Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA grade I/ IIE, with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury planned for decompressive craniectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • patients with known psychiatric or neurodegenerative disease
  • extradural hematomas
  • pregnant females
  • allergy to any of the study drugs
