Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I/ IIE, with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury planned for decompressive craniectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with known psychiatric or neurodegenerative disease
- •extradural hematomas
- •pregnant females
- •allergy to any of the study drugs
