入选标准
- •Patients undergoing all types of elective liver resection for secondaries liver, hilar cholangiocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, hepatolithiasis, hydatid disease, focal nodular hyperplasia, hemangioma, hepatoblastoma, hepatocellular adenoma etc.
- •Patients of both sex
- •3. Patients 18-80 years of age
- •4. Patients eligible to give valid consent
排除标准
- •Immunocompromised patients
- •Patients having renal failure ( high creatinine values)
- •Patients who are allergic to gentamicin and clindamycin
- •Patients undergoing segmental or wedge resection for carcinoma gall bladder.
- •Patients with Percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage catheter in situ with positive culture report.
