- •Candidate for hospitalization ( o2sat\<93% ?? RR\>24 ?? Pao2/Fio2\<300\)
- •The first 24 hours or 48 hours of hospitalization
- •Signing up the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with heart block
- •Patients with myocardial injury
