Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Minimum age 18 and maximum age 80 years
  • Candidate for hospitalization ( o2sat\<93% ?? RR\>24 ?? Pao2/Fio2\<300\)
  • The first 24 hours or 48 hours of hospitalization
  • Signing up the informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with heart block
  • Patients with myocardial injury
