Inclusion Criteria
a) All patients within 15 to 80 years of age with macular holes.
b) Cataract (upto NS grade 2) and Pseudophakic eyes (intact PC)
Exclusion Criteria
a) Any other retinal pathology
b) Pre-operative glaucoma or any optic neuropathy
c) Dense cataract (Nuclear sclerosis > Grade 2)
d) Previous ocular surgery (keratoplasty, refractive surgery, posterior segment surgery)
e) Squint & amblyopia
