Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per Beck Depression Inventory (BDI).
- •2.Patients with history of depression less than 2 years.
- •3.Patient who were under medication for depression previously but not using now.
- •4.Patient ready to sign consent form
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patient with other psychiatric disorders.
- •2.Depressive phase of substance.
- •3.Pregnant women.
- •4.Patient with suicidal tendency / thoughts.
- •5.Post schizophrenic depression
