- •Patients undergoing breast surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Bilateral breast surgeries
- •Patient refusal.
- •History of opioid allergy.
- •Hypersensitivity to drug used.
- •Skin infection at puncture site.
- •Hepatic or renal disorder
- •Coagulation disorder
