- •1.Age between 18-75 years
- •2.American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status class I and II
- •3.Patients posted for elective open gynecological surgery under neuraxial anesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Unwilling to participate
- •2.BMI < 18 and >30 Kg/m2
- •3.Known case of diabetes mellitus
- •4.History of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gastrointestinal surgery
- •5.On chronic and acute corticosteroid therapy
- •6.Difficult airway (Mallampatti grade 3 and 4)
- •7.Mental Deficiency
- •8.Inability to read Hindi/English language
- •9.Alcohol and substance abuse
