1. Thai Nationalily 60 years and above
2. Live in Wat Chan Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province
3. Can read write listen speak and comunicate in Thai
4. Have equipment for listen to music such as smartphone, Tablet
5. Able to use social network such as Line, Facebook
1. MMSE-Thai lower thai knowledge criteria
2. Using medicine for sleep such as Benzodiazepines, Non-Benzodiazepine, Melatonin, and Antidepressant
3. Have regular meditation, prayer and/or listening to music before bedtime
4. Drink alcohol regularly
