Inclusion Criteria
1. Diagnosed case of idiopathic Parkinsonâ??s disease
2. Both gender
3. No change in medication during the study
4. Exhibiting no cognitive impairment
5. Hoehn &Yahr stage II and III
6. Ability to ambulate 300 feet with or without an assistive device
7. No other neurological condition
8. Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1. Deep brain stimulation
2. Inability to follow 2-step commands
3. Postural hypotension
4. Vestibular disorders
5. Psychiatric diseases
