- •Diagnosis of unilateral or bilateral diaphragmatic paresis judged to be idiopathic with symptom onset < 12 months prior to study inclusion.
- •- Informed and signed consent
排除标准
- •- Progression of pain symptoms or paresis over > 3 months
- •- Exclusively passive limitation of movement in the glenohumeral joint
- •- Horner syndrome
- •- Absolutely symmetrical expression of the paresis
- •- Individuals who are in a dependent or employment relationship with the investigator.
- •- Placement in an institution due to court or official order
- •- Incapacitated patient
- •- Pregnancy and lactation
