All patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the Schön Klinik Bad Aibling
Exclusion Criteria
- Emergency admission from the neurological or orthopedical department of the Schön Klinik Bad Aibling
- Contraindications for mobilisation (decision is taken by the the attending intensive care physician)
- renal dialysis requirement on admission

Name Time Method Days without ventilation, days without special intensive care needs, mortality, time needed to complete the weaning process, complications due to mobilisation therapy, number of therapy interruptions while mobilising the patient,functional status at discharge using Functional Status Score on ICU (FSS-ICU), cognitive status and delirium using Confusion Assessment Method for ICU (CAM-ICU), patient satisfaction with the mobilisation therapy, nurses workload (NASA-TLX)
