The purpose of the study is as follows:
1.Structured Proforma is a crucial assessment tool in the Liaison Clinic as it can be used by Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrist in assessing patients with psychodermatological conditions.

A structured proforma would act as a guideline to elicit important information necessary for assessment and treatment of psychodermatological conditions.

A psychodermatological proforma would increase the efficiency in eliciting psychosocial factors of psychodermatological conditions.
The aim of the study is, to develop a comprehensive psychodermatological proforma which evaluates adult patients with psychodermatological conditions.
Following are the objective(s) of the study:
Primary objective: To develop a comprehensive psychodermatological proforma which evaluates adult patients with psychodermatological conditions.
Secondary objective: To validate and assess feasibility of psychodermatological proforma for assessing patients with psychodermatological conditions.

入选标准
- •Phase I: Selection of expert panel In the first phase of the study, validation of the proforma will be done by experts fulfilling the following criteria.
- •Inclusion criteria for Phase I Consultants from department of dermatology, clinical psychology, and psychiatry.
- •Consultants must be actively part of the Psychodermatology Liaison Clinic.
- •Minimum of three years of experience as a consultant in Psychodermatology liaison clinic.
- •Phase II: recruitment of participants for Pilot study Individuals 18 years and above Belonging to any Gender Diagnosed with at least one psychodermatological condition.
- •Can converse and comprehend in English, Kannada, Malayalam or Tamil.
