- •-Patients with pulmonary diseases, ischemic cardiovascular disease, ischemic cerebrovascular disease, hepatic disease, renal disease, diabetes mellitus, coagulopathies /and anemia
- •-Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- •-patients with first, second or third heart block
