- •Patients age group 18 to 60 years.
- •Diagnosed cases of low and high anal fistula.
- •Irrespective of gender socioeconomic status,cast and religion, chronicity, operative recurrence.
- •Track size below 10cm.
排除标准
- •Patients with HBsAg, HIV.
- •Secondary fistula due to
- •Ulcerative colitis
- •Crohn’s disease
- •Tuberculosis
- •Carcinoma of rectum
- •Hidradentis suppurativa
- •Patients with bleeding disorder like Hemophilia.
- •Bowel incontinence.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
