Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients age group 18 to 60 years.
  • •Diagnosed cases of low and high anal fistula.
  • •Irrespective of gender socioeconomic status,cast and religion, chronicity, operative recurrence.
  • •Track size below 10cm.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with HBsAg, HIV.
  • •Secondary fistula due to
  • •Ulcerative colitis
  • •Crohn’s disease
  • •Tuberculosis
  • •Carcinoma of rectum
  • •Hidradentis suppurativa
  • •Patients with bleeding disorder like Hemophilia.
  • •Bowel incontinence.
  • •Pregnant and lactating women.
