Inclusion Criteria
Children diagnosed with beta thalassemia major
Both male and female children in the age group of 8- 15 years
Parents having video call communicable device with internet
Parents willing to monitor the child during the aerobic training
Children and Parents willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Unstable Hemodynamic parameters
Unstable cardiovascular disease and on medication for the same
Orthopedic deformity or recent fracture
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
Neurological dysfunction
Diagnosed case of organ dysfsunction
Severe respiratory infection
