•Diagnosed patient of Dengue fever,diagnosed on the basis of Dengue Ns1 antigen test positive/IgG posotive/IgM positive or both IgG and IgM positive.
•All types of Dengue fever patients having platelet count less than 1,00,000/cmm are included.

•Patient suffering from haemorhhagic disorders like thalassemia aplastic anaemia hasmophilia disseminated intravascular coagulopathy clotting factor deficiency and muscular disorders like muscular dystrophy mysthenia gravis ,myopathies are excluded.
•patient suffering from HIV HBV infection ,hepatic failure, Renal failure,any major surgery, malignancy, and such major illness are excluded.
