Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with Fasting blood glucose level greater than 126mg per dl.
- •4\. Patients with albuminuria Albumin creatinine ratio in urine greater than 30 mg per g.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Diabetic women in pregnancy.
- •2\. Patients with GFR less tha 60 mL per min per 1·73m².
- •3\. Patients with serum creatinine greater than1\.2 mg per dl.
