Patients, who consent to the participation of the study
Patients with solid Tumors
legal capacity
5-Fluorouracil Chemotherapy with a dose > 400mg/m2 body surface area per application
Patients who could not consent to the participation of the study
Patients coeval enclosed to another RCT
Patients who addict drugs and/or alcohol
Patients who have infectious disease
Patients who got a chemptherapie within last 6 month
Patients who get head or neck-radiotherapy
Patients with an acute oral mucositis before beginning of chemotherapie
Long distances to patients domicile
