Inclusion Criteria
1-Patients with primary mild hypertension (ranging between systolic pressure 140 to 159 mmHg and /or diastolic pressure 90 to 99 mmHg).
2-Age between 28 to 65 years
3-Male/Female/Irrespective gender
4-Chronicity of disease up to 10 year
Exclusion Criteria
Physiological Status
1-Patients below 28 and above 65 years of age.
2-Pregnancy and lactation.
3-Menstruation and postpartum hemorrhage.
Pathological Status
4-Secondary Hypertension.
5-Moderate and Severe Hypertension.
6-Diabetes Mellitus.
7-History of bleeding disorders.
8-Anemia.
9-Bleeding piles.
10-Chronic renal failure and liver failure.
11-History of Myocardial infarction and Ischemic Heart Disease.
12-Bronchial Asthma and COPD.
13-HIV and/ or HbsAg positive.
