1. Patients age 16 years or less at time of surgery
2. Patients undergoing ACL reconstruction with the use of live donor hamstring tendon graft by Dr Pinczewski or Dr Roe
3. Surgery to be performed at the Mater Hospital, Sydney
4. Patients willing to participate in a research program
5. Patients willing and able to attend Mater clinic for assessments
