- •1) HIV-1 infected patients on antiretroviral therapy (ART)
- •2) Patients developing neurologic symptoms on ART
- •3) Patients found to have Neurosymptomatic CSF/Plasma HIV-1 RNA discordance (CSF HIV escape) defined as either a) detectable CSF HIV (CSF Viral Load more than 20 copies/ml) with an undetectable plasma HIV viral load (plasma viral load less than 20 copies/ml) or b) CSF HIV viral load 0.5 log10 higher than plasma HIV viral load
排除标准
- •1) Patients developing neurologic symptoms on antiretroviral therapy but not having CSF HIV escape.
