Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age between 16 to 70 years.
  • •Body mass index \<\=30 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •pts refusal to give conscent
  • •unconscious pts
  • •pta with any neck pathology
  • •pts with coagulation disorders
  • •pts with known local anaesthetic drug allergy
